Tofu Quiche @ Church Potluck

For the past several weeks, I’ve made up my mind to be more serious in the kitchen like I was when I was briefly managing the Hartland cafeteria. This is why I made my third tofu quiche in in two weeks. I brought my dish to my church’s vegetarian potluck today.

As usual, potluck was amazing! The overwhelming majority of dishes brought each week are vegan, and the carob cakes and other desserts were a great addition to the pasta dishes, which was our theme for this week (that I didn’t follow…) :)

I wish you could experience this treat every week like I do. :)

Wish I went to your church lol! I’ll work in my church to promote the healthier ideas of veganism.

One of the best ways to promote plant based meals in your church is to bring your best dishes there. That will definitely be a conversation piece because people would probably ask you how you made your meal.

If you ever want to come to my church, you could actually go through an affordable, five day lifestyle program at my job, Wellness Secrets, which is across the street from my church. Right now the program is basically a little more than what you would pay each night for a $60 hotel food. Then you could spend the weekend there, and go to church with me if you would like. Here’s more information about the lifestyle program: http://www.wellnesssecrets4u.com/?page_id=90.
